My son waits in the cold shade for the carrousel to start. Doesn’t matter if it’s probably 1º C and his nose is red. We wait right next to him, but in the sun (4º C).

About The Author
Daniel Sánchez Alonso
Independent photographer since 1993, working mainly with portraiture and documentary forms. Over more than three decades, his practice has developed through long-term editorial collaborations with weekly and monthly publications in Spain and abroad, alongside a body of personal work built slowly over time and presented in exhibitions since the mid-1990s. In recent years, this work has also taken shape as photography books, approached as carefully edited publications rather than quick or self-contained projects.
